We take the time for theological and liturgical training, with conferences at the Monastery, sessions organized by our Federation and training in vocal technique for greater quality of services.

To better understand the multicultural reality of our country, we receive teaching on Jewish and Muslim traditions, with the learning of foreign languages.

To assume community responsibilities, we also benefit from work training: accounting, computer, nursing, crafts, etc.
