Silence, solitude and contemplation are the climate, the atmosphere that we need to live in the presence and of the presence of the God who inhabits us.
We thus follow the example of Christ who often withdrew from the multitude to pray alone. Each of us in solitude journeys to meet the Lord and every morning we can sing with the psalmist:
“O God, you are my God, I seek you from the dawn… my soul thirsts for you. » (Ps 62)
